一、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介
該儀器適用于牛奶（包括純奶、核桃、燕麥、紅棗牛奶、牛初乳等）、奶粉（包括牛初乳粉）、豆?jié){粉、豆奶粉和雞蛋等樣品中蛋白質(zhì)的快速定量測(cè)定。
二、儀器特點(diǎn)
★該儀器測(cè)定樣品中蛋白質(zhì)氮，真實(shí)反應(yīng)樣品中蛋白質(zhì)的含量，不受三聚氰胺、尿素、硝酸銨及甘氨酸等非蛋白氮的干擾。
★適用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室的快速定量檢測(cè)，檢測(cè)每個(gè)樣品只需5～10分鐘。
★克服了傳統(tǒng)凱氏定氮法樣品前處理系統(tǒng)繁瑣，操作步驟繁雜等缺點(diǎn)，避免了傳統(tǒng)方法需向樣品中加入濃硫酸，高溫消化等危險(xiǎn)性步驟。
★儀器操作步驟簡(jiǎn)單，對(duì)工作環(huán)境及操作人員無特殊要求，只需認(rèn)真閱讀說明書就可實(shí)現(xiàn)操作。
★被測(cè)樣品采用流通引入方式，取代傳統(tǒng)的樣品池，方便用戶操作、清洗及維護(hù)。
★儀器具有測(cè)量、設(shè)置、記錄、保存、打印和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)等功能。

One, product introduction
The apparatus is suitable for milk ( including pure milk, walnut, red dates oatmeal, milk, colostrum and milk ), ( including the effect of bovine colostrum powder ), soybean milk powder, milk powder and eggs of the protein in the samples for rapid quantitative determination.
Two, characteristics of the instrument
