SMC電氣比例閥,SMC有限公司
SMC電氣比例閥的以電控方式實現(xiàn)對流量的節(jié)流控制（當(dāng)然經(jīng)過結(jié)構(gòu)上的改動也可實現(xiàn)壓力控制等），既然是節(jié)流控制，就必然有能量損失，伺服閥和其它閥不同的是，它的能量損失更大一些，因為它需要一定的流量來維持前置級控制油路的工作。
SMC電氣比例閥的溫控閥有二通溫控閥和三通溫控閥之分。三通溫控閥主要用于帶有跨越管的單管系統(tǒng)，其分流系數(shù)可以在0～100％的范圍內(nèi)變動，流量調(diào)節(jié)余地大，但價格比較貴，結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜。二通溫控閥有的用于雙管系統(tǒng)，有的用于單管系統(tǒng)。用于雙管系統(tǒng)的二通溫控閥阻力較大；用于單管系統(tǒng)的阻力較小。溫控閥的感溫包與閥體一般組裝成一個整體，感溫包本身即是現(xiàn)場室內(nèi)溫度傳感器。
SMC電氣比例閥的特點 ： 1）可實現(xiàn)壓力、速度的無調(diào)節(jié)，避免了常通的開關(guān)式氣閥換向時的沖擊現(xiàn)象。
2）能實現(xiàn)遠程控制和程序控制。
3）與斷續(xù)控制相比，系統(tǒng)簡化，元件大大減少。
4）與液壓比例閥相比，體積小、重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本較低，但響應(yīng)速度比液壓系統(tǒng)慢得多，對負(fù)載變化也比較敏感。
5）使用功率小、發(fā)熱少、噪聲低。
6）不會發(fā)生火災(zāi)，不污染環(huán)境。受溫度變化的影響小。
